Provide a means of enticing users to register, this can be conducted through several diverse approaches, given the current infrastructure of the platform. This is to generate leads, who are likely pursuing their interests in swapping their homes, as a result of receiving relevant and exciting information about the opportunities that lie ahead.

Challenges

With a lack of information architecture in place, it restricts the level of relevant information the user can access. This limits the level of understanding a user has about the product, therefore it detracts users from trying to find out more information, let alone sign up to the services on offer. With a suppressed content strategy, it leaves the experience feeling diluted, whereas Love Home Swap has an opportunity to bring the experience to life, not just online but offline too.
